Subdivide and transfer a portion of the land situated across two adjacent lots to enable the establishment of a single new residential lot and suitable for the development of three detached dwellings on separate parcels. Approval for the Consent Applications has been granted by the Committee of Adjustment. The existing residences are slated for demolition, paving the way for the construction of three custom homes in the near future.
