Richard Kong is the Founder and Principal Project Manager of Wesking Homes, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive construction and project management experience to the custom luxury home market across the Greater Toronto Area.

Richard holds a degree in Building Construction Engineering from Shenzhen University, Certified Civil Engineering Technologist  from Seneca College, and a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from the University of Toronto. This unique blend of structural engineering knowledge and advanced managerial expertise ensures that every project is executed with absolute precision, from initial groundbreaking to the final handover.​

As a fully accredited professional in the Ontario building community, Richard successfully completed the stringent certification processes for the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) and the Tarion Warranty Corporation in 2024. He is also a proud member of both the Canadian Home Builders' Association (CHBA) and the Ontario Home Builders' Association (OHBA).
